We have a stack of old Super 8 movie film that we need to convert to digital before it deteriorates and is lost forever. So, we are buying a device that will allow us to convert the film ourselves rather than sending it to a third-party service.

‘Early Days’ PDF Now Available
Betty Christensen wrote a wonderful memoir about her and Charlie’s travels titled “15 Years on the Road”. Betty also wrote a smaller memoir titled “Early Days” that covers the period before they went travelling.

In her “Early Days” memoir, Betty mentioned that she and Charlie had their honeymoon at “Homesdale” in the Blue Mountains in 1946.
